George FRECKER was born in Baden, Germany, on May 14, 1832, son of
Bernhard and Gertrud FRECKER. He came to the United States about
1851, and settled in Meigs County, Ohio, about 1855. He married
Margaretta GENHEIMER on 23 November 1855. They had eleven children.
