Lucy Bickle     } Know all persons by these presents that I, Lucy Bickle, of the Town-
   to           } ship of Rutland, County of Meigs and State of Ohio, in consideration of
Israel Stansbury}  the sum of Five dollars to me in hand paid by Israel Stansbury of the     
Township, County and State aforesaid do hereby remise, release and forever
quit claim unto the said Israel Stansbury, his heirs and assigns forever
all my right, title, interest and estate both legal and equitable in the
following premises with the appurtenances situate in Rutland Township,
Meigs County, being a part of the sourth west quarter of section seventeen,
in Town six, Range fourteen Ohio Companys purchase and bounded as follow,
Beginning in center of the Creek opposite the mouth of the Run immediately
north of the late dwelling house of Jacob Bickle, deceased, thence
following up said run in the center thereof to the west line of said
quarter section, thence North to the North west corner of said quarter
section, thence East to the center of the Creek, thence down the Creek in
the center thereof to the place of beginning containing twenty six acres
be the same more or less.  In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my
hand and seal this ninth day of July in the year of Our Lord one thousand
eight hundred fifty one A.D. 1851.

Meigs County ss   } Before me J.C. Hysell a Justice of the Peace in and
                    for the County aforesaid personally appeared Lucy
Bickle the signer and sealer of the above instrument of conveyance
and acknowledged the signing and sealing thereof to be her voluntary act
and deed. Witness my hand and office July 12th A.D. 1851.
