Henry Bickle    } Know all men by these presents that we Henry Bickle and
      to        } Adaline Bickle, his wife of the Township of Rutland,
Isreal Stansbury} County of Meigs and State of Ohio in the consideration of the
sum of Two hundred dollars to us in hand paid by Isreal Stansbury of 
the Township, County and State aforesaid do hereby remise, 
release and forever quit claim unto the said Israel 
Stansbury, his heirs and assigns forever all of our right, 
title, interest and estate both legal and equitable in the 
following premises with the appurtenances situate in 
Rutland Township, Meigs County and being the south west 
quarter of section seventeen (No.17) in Town six (No.6), 
Range Fourteen Ohio Companys purchase.  In testimony 
whereof we hereunto set our hands and seals this twelfth 
day of July in the year of Our Lord one thousand Eight 
hundred and fifty one A.D. 1851.

Meigs County ss  } Before me J.C. Hysell a Justice of the 
                   Peace in and for the County aforesaid personally appeared 
Henry Bickle and Adaline his wife the signers and sealers 
of the above instrument of conveyance  and acknowledged 
the signing and sealing thereof to be their voluntary act 
and deed and the said Adaline being by me examined 
separate and apart from her said husband and I having made 
known to her the contents of the above instrument of 
conveyance she then declared that she did voluntarily 
sign, seal and acknowledge the same and that she is 
satisfied therewith.  Witness my hand and office July 12th 
A.D. 1851.
