Henry Bickle   } Know all men by these presents that we Henry Bickle and Adaline
     to        } R. Bickle his wife of the Township of Salisbury, County of Meigs
Baudinot White } and State of Ohio in consideration of the sum of Seventy dollars to us       
                 in hand paid by Baudinot White of the Township, County
and State aforesaid the receipt of which we do hereby acknowledge have
given, granted, bargained, sold and conveyed and confirmed and by these
presents do give, grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto the said
Baudinot White his heirs and assigns forever the following described piece
or parcel of land to wit, Twenty acres of the west half of the North half
of the North West quarter of Section number thirty three, No.33, in Town
two, (No.2), Range thirteen, No.thirteen No.13, in the Ohio Companys
Purchase and bounded as follows, Beginning at the North West corner of a
forty acre Lot of land owned by Philander Parker, thence North on the
Township line thirty six Rods and seven tenths of a rod, thence East
Eighty seven and a quarter rods to Elam Archers West line , thence South
to said Parkers Lot, thence West to the place of beginning containing
twenty acres of land.  To have and to hold, the above described and
bargained premises with the apputenances unto him the said Baudinot White,
his heirs and assigns forever and we the said Henry Bickle and Adaline
Bickle, his wife, do covenant to and with the said Baudenot White, his
heirs and assigns that before the ensealing hereof we are the lawful
owners and that we have good right to sell and convey the same in manner
aforesaid, and we further covenant to warrant the said premises unto him
the said Baudenot White, his heirs and assigns against the lawful claims
of all person whomsoever.

In testimony whereof we hereunto set our hands and seals this Eighth day
of November in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty
two A.D. 1852.

Meigs County      } Before me the subscriber a Justice of the Peace of the
                    County aforesaid personally appeared Henry Bickle and
Adaline R. Bickle, his wife, the signers and sealers of the foregoing deed
of conveyance and acknowledged the signing and sealing of the same to be
their voluntary act and deed and the said Adaline R. Bickle being by me
examined separate and apart from her said husband and I having made known
to her the contents of the foregoing deed of conveyance, she then declared
that she did voluntarily sign, seal and acknowledges the same and that she
is still satisfied therewith.

Witness my hand and office this 8th day of November A.D. 1852.
