Margaret Bickle  } Know all men by these presents that I Margaret Bickle of the Town-
       to        } ship of Rutland, County of Meigs and State of Ohio, in considera-
Israel Stansbury } tion of the sum of Five dollars per year to be paid one half the first of 
                   March and the other half the first of September in each
and every year during the natural life of said Margaret Bickle to be paid
by Israel Stansbury of the same place, do hereby remise, release and
forever quit claim unto the said Israel Stansbury his heirs and assigns
forever all my right, title, interest and estate both legal and equitable
in the following premises with the appurtenances situate in Rutland
Township, Meigs County and State of Ohio and being in the south west
quarter of section seventeen Town six Range fourteen of the Ohio Companys
purchase bounded as follows, Beginning in the center of the Creek opposite
the mouth of the run immediately north of the late dwelling house of Jacob
Bickle deceased thence following up the center of the run to the west line
of said quarter section, thnce north west corner of said quarter section
thence East to the center of the Creek, thence down the center of the
Creek to the place of beginning.

In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this first day
of June in the year one thousand eight hundred and fifty three.

Meigs County  ss        } Before me Seneca Haight a Justice of the Peace
                          in and for the County aforesaid personally
appeared Margaret Bickle the signer of the above conveyance and
acknowledged the signing and sealing the above deed to be her voluntary
act and deed this 1st day of June A.D. 1853.
