DEED -- Elisha Miller from Camp, Russell and others -- To all people to whom these presents shall come, greeting, know ye that we Talcott Camp of Whitestown, Samuel L. Russell and Eunice Russell of Farir? and Sylvester Camp and Farnel Camp of Westmoreland, all in the County of Oneida and State of New York and Guernsey Bates, Anne Bates, Davis Camp, Anna Camp, and Damaris Camp, of Durham, County of Middlesex and State of Connecticut, for the consideration of four hundred and fifty dollars received to our full satisfaction of Elisha Miller of the town of Middletown, County of Middlesex and State of Connecticut, do give, grant, bargain, sell and confirm unto him the said Miller, his heirs and assigns forever, one certain tract or parcel of land containing three hundred and twenty acres situate on the Hockhocking river in the state of Ohio in the Ohio Company's Purchase which is on half of the Mile Square No.2 drawn in the name of Abraham Scrantom? one of the proprietors of the Ohio Company and is that part of the Mile Square No.2 which until the ensealing of these presents was owned by the aforesaid grantors, it being the one half of the said mile square lying on the west side, bounded East in the other half of said mile square belonging to the school society in said Durham, south on section on section No. 1 West on section No. 2, north on section No. 3 as on the books and plats of the Ohio Company, reference being had thereunto will more fully appear. to have and to hold the above granted and bargained premises thereof unto the said Miller, his heirs and assigns forever to his and their own proper use and behoof; and also we the said grantors do for ourselves, our heirs, executors and administrators, covenant with the said Miller, his heirs and assigns, that at and until the ensealing of these presents we are well seized of the premises as a good, indeasible estate in fee simple and have good right to bargain and sell the same in manner and form as is above written, and that the same is free of all incumbrances whatsoever, and furthermore we the said grantors do by these presents, bind ourselves and our heirs forever to warrant and defend the above granted and bargained premises to him the said Miller, his heirs and assigns against all claims and demands whatsoever.
