Graham & Us } Know all men by these presents that I James Graham of the To } County of Meigs and State of Ohio for and in consideration Hamilton Black } of the sum of One hundred and fifty dollars to me in hand paid well and truly by Hamilton Black of County and State aforesaid the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge and myself therein the contented do bargain, sell, alien and convey to the said Hamilton Black, his heirs or assigns a certain tract or parcel of land lying and being in the County and State aforesaid and is a part of Fraction No.6, Town No.6, Range No.14 of the Ohio Companys purchase and is bounded as follows Beginning at the original corner of said Fraction thence west 22 chains and 75 lks to a stake where an ash 12 in diam bears S.82.W.41 lks a beach 9 in diam bears S.37.E.21 lks thence south 30.W.8 chains 50 links to a post eight rods from an old corner described as follows a post where a beach 16 in diam bears N.17.W.19 lks a poplar 40 in diam bears S.7.W.13 lks, thence east 27 chains to a post standing on the fraction line thence north 8 chains to the place of beginning containing by actual survey twenty acres and 18/100 part of an acre. To have and to hold the above demised tract of land with all and every appurtenance thereunto belonging unto him the said Hamilton Black, his heirs or assigns. And I the said James Graham do for myself, my heirs, executors or administrators covenant to and with the said Hamilton Black, his heirs or assigns that I have right and am lawfully authorized to sell and convey the aforesaid premises and that I am the true and sole owner of the same and that I shall warrant and defend the title of the same to him said Black against the lawful claims of all people for ever.
