James Graham  } Know all men by these presents that I James Graham of
    To        } Rutland Township, Meigs County, State of Ohio do for and in
Jesse Hubbell } consideration of the sum of Twenty six dollars paid to my
                satisfaction by Jesse Hubbell of Township, County and State
aforesaid the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge and myself therewith
satisfied have bargained, sold and conveyed and by these presents do
bargain, sell and convey unto the said Hubbell a certain tract or parcel of
land known by the name of Lot Number twenty two in the Town Plat of Rutland
bounded as follows Beginning 18 rods and 12 links west and 8 rods and 12
____ sixth links south from the North east corner of Fraction No. 7. in the
6th Township and Fourteenth Range Ohio Company's purchase thence south six
rods and two thirds of a rod to South Street thence west along south Street
six rods to West Street thence north along that street six rods and two
thirds of a rod thence east six rods to the place of beginning. To have and
to hold with all the privileges and appurtenances there unto belonging unto
the said Jesse Hubbell, his heirs and assigns, executors and administrators
as an estate in fee simple forever and I the said James Graham for myself,
my heirs, executors or administrators do covenant to and with the said
Jesse Hubbell, his heirs, executors or administrators that I am lawfully
seized in fee simple of the premises that I have good right the same to
sell and convey and that I will warrant, defend the same against the lawful
claims of any person or persons whatever. In testimony whereof I have
hereunto set my hand and seal this second day of January 1832.

The State of Ohio } Personally appeared before me the subscriber a Justice
Meigs County      } of Peace in said County the within named James Graham
                    and acknowledged that he did sign and seal the within
deed of conveyance for the purposes therein expressed.  Also at the same
time appeared Elizabeth Graham wife of him the said James Graham who being
examined as the law directs acknowledged that she did voluntarily sign and
seal the within deed of conveyance knowing the same to be in ___ to her
right of dower in and to the premises which she hereby relinquishes given
under my hand and seal this 3rd day of January AD 1832.

Meigs County  } I hereby certify the foregoing to be a true copy of the
