Hildreth of Marietta in the County of Edward Hysal } Washington and State of Ohio, for and in consideration of the sum of seventy five dollars to me in hand before the ensealing hereof well and truly paid by Edward Hysle of Salisbury Township, Meigs County, Ohio, the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge and am therewith fully satisfied and contented have given, granted, bargained, sold, aliened, conveyed and confirmed and by these presents do freely, fully and absolutely give, grant, bargain, sell, alien, convey and confirm unto him the said Edward Hysel and to his heirs and assigns forever all that tract or parcel of land lying and consisting of the Western half of One hundred acre lot numbered three hundred and eight in Range Number thirteen, Township Numbered ??, Section Number twenty four and thirty within the Ohio Companys purchase and originally drawn to the name of Samuel Wardwell, supposed to contain fifty acres more or less. To have and to hold the said granted and bargained premises with all the appurtenances, privileges and commodities to the same in any wise belonging to him, the said Edward Hysel to his heirs and assigns forever.
