David Hudson  } To all people to whom these presents shall come Greeting; Know
    to        } ye that I David Hudson of the County of Meigs and State of
Robert Hysell } Ohio for and in consideration of one hundred dollars to me in
                hand well and truly paid by Robert Hysell of the County and
State aforesaid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged and myself
therewith satisfied and contented have bargained, sold, and conveyed and by
these presents do bargain, sell and convey unto the said Robert Hysell all my
right, title, interest and claim in and to the following description tracts
or parcel of land to wit, beginning one hundred rods east of the Northwest
corner of Fraction Number thirty one in Range thirteen of Township No. Two,
thence east ____________ corner of said Fraction, thence south to the south
east corner of fraction aforesaid, thence west so far that a due North line
will close said _____ at the place of beginning containing one hundred and
seventy acres be the same more or less. To have and to hold the said granted
and bargained premises with all ___________ the appurtenances unto the said
Robert Hysell, his heirs and assigns forever.  In testimony whereof I have
hereunto set my hand this the 21st day of June AD eighteen hundred and thirty
one in presence of

The State of Ohio } Before me T. Nye an acting Justice of the Peace in the
Meigs County      } County and State aforesaid personally appeared David
                    Hudson, signer and sealer of the foregoing instrument of
conveyance and acknowledged the same to be his sole voluntary act and deed
for the use and purposes therein contained given under my hand and seal at
Chester this 21st day of June AD 1831.

Meigs County      } and for the County aforesaid personally appeared Susannah
                    Hudson and acknowledged the signing and sealing of the
foregoing instrument ____ her free voluntary act and deed given under my hand
and seal this the 12th day of September 1831.
