David Hudson } To all people to whom these presents shall come Greeting; Know to } ye that I David Hudson of the County of Meigs and State of Robert Hysell } Ohio for and in consideration of one hundred dollars to me in hand well and truly paid by Robert Hysell of the County and State aforesaid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged and myself therewith satisfied and contented have bargained, sold, and conveyed and by these presents do bargain, sell and convey unto the said Robert Hysell all my right, title, interest and claim in and to the following description tracts or parcel of land to wit, beginning one hundred rods east of the Northwest corner of Fraction Number thirty one in Range thirteen of Township No. Two, thence east ____________ corner of said Fraction, thence south to the south east corner of fraction aforesaid, thence west so far that a due North line will close said _____ at the place of beginning containing one hundred and seventy acres be the same more or less. To have and to hold the said granted and bargained premises with all ___________ the appurtenances unto the said Robert Hysell, his heirs and assigns forever.
