Anthony Hysal   } To all people to whom these presents shall come Greeting. Know
     To         } ye that I Anthony Hysell of the Town of Salisbury County of
Berryman Bailey } Meigs and State or Ohio for and in consideration of the sum of
                  Eighty Dollars to me in hand before the ensealing hereof well
and truly had by Berryman Bailey of the Town, County and State aforesaid the
receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge and am thereof fully satisfied and
contented have given, granted, bargained, sold, aliened, conveyed and confirmed
by these presents do freely, fully and absolutely give, grant, bargain, sell,
alien, convey and confirm unto him the said Barryman, his heirs and assigns
forever a certain lot or parcel of land in the Ohio Company's Purchase in the
Fourteenth Range, Second Section, Sixth Township beginning at the North east
corner of a lot of land owned and in the possession of Elihas Higley of the same
section, range and town that above mentioned Thence ..... North fifty rods to a
stake, Thence west one hundred and sixty rods to a stake, thence south fifty
rods to a stake, thence east one hundred and sixty rods to a stake the place of
beginning containing fifty acres. To have and to hold the said granted and
bargained premises with all the appurtenances, privileges and commodities to the
same in any wise belonging to him the said Berryman, his heirs and assigns forever to
his and their only proper use benefit and behoof forever and the said Anthony
for myself, heirs, executors and administrators do covenant to and with the said
Berryman, his heirs and assigns that before the ensealing hereof I was the true
sole and lawful owner of the above bargained premises and am lawfully seized and
possessed of the same in my own _______ as a good perfect & absolutely in fee
simple and have full ____ and authority to all ______ the said bargained
premises in manner aforesaid & furthermore do for myself, my heirs and assigns
against any claim, right, title and interest ____ made or ____ to that ______
land is that I or my heirs or either of us or any person or persons for us or in
the name of us on, in the name of us or either shall _______________________ the
said _______ or any part or ___ thereof  ___________ entirely excluded and 
_________ from any ______ in and to said premises _________ forever hereafter by
these presents.  In witness whereof I hereunto set my hand and seal this
thirteenth day of March in the year of Our Lord one thousand eight hundred and
twenty seven.

The State of Ohio     } This thirteenth day of March AD 1829. Anthony Hysell and
Meigs County          } Margaret Hysel his wife, the grantors named in the
                        property deed of _______ personally appeared before me
one of the Justices of the Peace in and for said County aforesaid acknowledge
the signing and sealing of the same as their act or deed for the purpose therein
expressed and that said Margaret having been made known the contents of said
deed and being by me examined separate and apart from her said husband did and
has the _____ and of her own free will and accord without fear or coercion of
her said husband did and now doth acknowledge the signing and sealing thereof
given under my hand and seal this day and year find above written.
