Samuel Lyman      } To all people to whom these presents shall come Greeting:
     To           } Know ye that I Samuel Lyman for diverse good causes and con-
Eli Wright, Senr. } siderations moving particularly for the sum of Fifty dollars
                    have remised, released and forever quit claimed and by these
presents for myself and heirs do fully, clearly and absolutely remise, release and
forever quit claim unto Eli Wright Senr. or his full and peaceable possession and
seized, and to him, his heirs and assigns forever, all such right, estate, title,
interest and demand whatsoever and the said Samuel Lyman have had or ought to have
in or to a certain piece or parcel of land in the second township, thirteenth
range, thirty first section of the Ohio Comapnys Purchase being part of a lot of
land conveyed by deed from Iasiah Vining to Samuel Lyman containing or supposed to
contain one hundred acres, said part to contain thirty three acres being bounded
viz Beginning at Fletchers corner on the northeast part thence from said corner
running south on the section line one hundred and forty rods, thence west thirty
seven and three fourth rods, thence north one hundred and forty rods thence east
thirty seven and three fourths rods to the place of beginning to contain thirty
three acres. To have and to hold the said demised and released premises with the
appurtenances with the said Eli Wright, his heirs and assigns forever, so that
neither I nor my heirs or any other person or persons for us or either of us or in
the name of us or either of us shall or will by any way or means hereafter, have,
claim, challenge or demand any estate, right, title or interest of in or to the
premises or any part or parcel thereof; but from all and every action, right,
estate, title, interest and demand of, in or to the premises or any part or parcel
thereof we and every one of us shall be utterly excluded and barred forever by
these presents. In witness whereof I have hereto set my hand and seal this first
day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand eight and twenty.
