Stephen Ralph } To all to whom these presents hath come greeting. Be it known
      To      } that I Stephen Ralph of Salisbury, Meigs County and State of Ohio
Eli Wright    } for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred and twenty
                dollars to me paid before the ensealing and delivery of these
presents by Eli Wright of the said Salisbury in the County and State aforesaid
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted, bargained and sold and
by these presents do grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto him the said
Eli Wright, his heirs and assigns the west half of the following described
tract, or Lot of land in said Salisbury that is to say the Fraction on two
hundred and sixty two acre lot Numbered twenty four (No.24) in Section No.
twenty seven and twenty eight in Town numbered two (2) of Range numbered
thirteen (13) in the Ohio Company's purchase in the State of Ohio which said lot
was originally drawn in the division of the Ohio Company lands to the share in
the name of Joseph Savage, Jun. and for a further description of the lot
reference may be had to the Books and surveys of the said Ohio Company together
with all and singular the privileges and appurtenances to the said west half and
of the aforesaid Fraction of land in any wise belonging. To have and to hold the
above described and granted and bargained premises with the appurtenances unto
him the said Eli Wright, his heirs and assigns to his and their only proper use
and behoof forever and I the said Stephen Ralph do by these presents for myself
and my heirs covenant and agree to and with the said Eli Wright, his heirs and
assigns that the west half of the above described Fraction of land unto him the
said Eli Wright, his heirs and as signs to warrant and defend against all
persons lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof _____ I Anna
Ralph wife of the said Stephen Ralph do by these presents voluntarily
relinquish, give up and forever quit claim unto him the said Eli Wright, his
heirs and assigns all my right and title to dower or ______ in and to the said
premises above described and granted by my said husband. In testimony whereof we
have hereunto acknowledged our names and affixed our seals this twenty sixth day
of March in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty two in
presence of us.

State of Ohio  } Salisbury March 26th AD 1832. Stephen Ralph and Anna Ralph his
Meigs County   } wife personally appeared before me and acknowledged the
                 foregoing conveyance by them signed to be their voluntary act
and deed and the said Anna Ralph being by me examined separate and apart from
her said husband did and acknowledged that she signed and sealed the same of her
own free will and accord and now acknowledged the signature and sealing thereof.
In testimony of which I have hereunto set my hand and seal the day and year
above written.
