Stephen Strong, et al } Be it known that we Stephen Strong and Nancy Strong, To } wife to the said Stephen of the County of Meigs, State James Graham, Junr. } of Ohio for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred dollars received to our satisfaction of James Graham, Junr of said County have granted, bargained, and sold and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto him the said James Graham, Junr of said County, his heirs and assigns a certain tract of land situate in said County of Meigs and being the East part of Fractional lot No. one in Township No. Eight of Range Fifteen and in the Ohio Company's purchase and contains all of said fraction No. one which lies East of the following line to wit Beginning on the North line of said Fraction one hundred and ten rods west of the North East corner Thence south to the south line of said lot the land lying east of said line to contain one hundred acres be the same more or less and is a part of the same land that was conveyed to William Weldon and the said Stephen Strong by deed dated May the 24th AD 1826 executed by David Putnam of Marietta Attorney for Samuel Newman of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as guardian for Nancy Biship together with all and singular the privileges and appurtenances to the said tract of land belonging or appertaining. To have and to hold the above said James Graham Junr., his heirs and assigns forever in as full and simple a covenant form as the same was conveyed by Samuel Newman aforesaid to the said William Weldon, Stephen Strong to the proper use, benefit and behoof of the said James Graham, Junr., his heirs and assigns forever. In witness thereof we the said Stephen Strong and Nancy Strong hereunto set our hands and seals this nineteenth day of September in the year of Our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and Twenty Eight.
