Josiah Vining  } Know all men by these presents that I Josiah Vining of Sharon
      To       } Township in Franklin County and State of Ohio, in considera -
Eli Wright     } tion of fifteen dollars to me in hand paid before the delivery
                 hereof by Eli Wright of the Township of Salisbury and County
of Meigs, State aforesaid the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge and do
hereby remise, release and forever quit all my right and claim unto Eli Wright,
his heirs and assigns forever the following piece or parcel of land lying in
the Township of Salisbury the second Township and thirteenth range and in the
31st section of land bounded as follows Beginning at the north east corner,
running south on the section line ten rods thence west 38 rods and two thirds
on David Baileys line thence north 20 rods to Berryman Baleys corner, thence
east to the place of beginning. To have and to hold the above granted and
bargained premises together with all the privileges thereunto belonging unto
him the said Ely Wright, his heirs and assigns forever. In witness whereof I
have hereunto set my hand and seal this first day of June 1826.
