Vonscriltz & us } Now all men by these presents that we Lewis Victor To } Vonscriltz in the County of Meigs and State of Ohio and Israel Waniner } Mary Margaret, wife of the Victor for and in consideration of the sum of five hundred and twenty four dollars to us in hand well and truly paid by Israel Waniner of said Orange the receipt whereof I the said Victor do hereby acknowledge and myself therewith fully contented, satisfied and paid have given, granted, bargained, sold and conveyed and do by these presents truly and absolutely give, grant, bargain, sell and convey unto him the said Waniner, his heirs and assigns a certain tract parcel of land containing two hundred and sixty two acres situated in fourth Township of the twelfth range of the Ohio Company's purchase and is a part of section twenty eight adjoining the ministerial(?) miles square of said Township which said tract of land was drawn in the name of said E. Tuppers name for further explanations and descriptions reference may be had to the records divisionary drafts of said Ohio Company. To have and to hold the above described premises with all and singular the privileges and appurtenance thereunto belonging to him the said Waniner, his heirs and assigns forever. And furthermore I the said Victor do covenant to and with the said Warniner that I am the sole and lawful owner of the above described tract or parcel of land and that I have good right and authority to sell and convey the same and furthermore do hereby bind myself, my heirs, executors and administrators to warrant and defend the title of the same unto him the said Warniner, his heirs and assigns against the lawful claims and demands of all manner of persons whatsoever. In witness whereof we the said Victor and Mary, his wife of the said Victor have hereunto set our hands and seals at Salem second day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and nineteen. Vonschriltz came before the subscriber a Justice of the Peace within said County in the Township of Salem and acknowledged the within instrument to be his voluntary act and deed. Also the said Mary Margaret, wife of the said Lewis she being examined apart did also acknowledge the within to be her voluntary act and deed. Jacob Levett, J.
