Israel Warriner & us } Know all men by these presents that we Isreal Warnier of
     To              } the County of Meigs and State of Ohio and Anna his wife,
  V. L. Vonschriltz  } for and in consideration of the sum of five hundred and
                       twenty four dollars to us paid in hand well and truly by
Victor Lewis Vonschriltz of said county the receipt whereof I the said Israel do
hereby acknowledge and myself therewith fully contented, satisfied and paid. have
given, granted, bargained, sold and conveyed and do by these presents truly an
absolutely give, grant, bargain, sell and convey unto him the said Victor, his
heirs and assigns a certain tract or parcel of land containing two hundred and
sixty two acres situated in the fourth township in the twelfth range of the Ohio
Companies purchase and is a part of section No.twenty eight adjoining the
Ministerial section of said township which said tract of land was drawn in the
name E. Tupper name further exemplification and exception reference may be had as
to the records and divisionary drafts of said Ohio Company. to have and to hold
the above described premises with all and singular the privileges and
appurtenances thereunto belonging unto the said Victor, his heirs and assigns
forever and furthermore I the said Israel do warrant to and with the said Victor
that I am the sole and lawful owner of the above described tract or parcel of land
and that I have good right and authority to sell and convey the same and further
more do hereby bind myself, my heirs, executors and administrators to warrant and
defend the title of the same unto him the said Victor, his heirs and assigns
against the lawful claims or demands of all manner of persons whatsoever. In
witness whereof the said Israel and Anna wife of the said Israel have hereunto
set our hands and seals in Orange on the tenth day of April in the year of our
Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty one.

Meigs County                    } This day Israel Warriner and Anna his wife
                                  personally appeared before the subscriber a
Justice of the Peace of the said Township and they acknowledged the within to be
their voluntary act and deed she being examined apart and alone from her husband.
Given under my hand and seal the year and day as written.
