In the name of the Benevolent Father of all, I Robert Turner of the county of 
Meigs and the State of Ohio do make and Publish this my last will and 
testament.

I give and devise to my beloved wife Elizabeth Turner in lieu of her _____ 
the farm on which she now resides.  Situated in the county of Meigs and State 
of Ohio and in Scipio Township said farm containing one hundred and 
seventy-four acres more or less during her natural life and at the death of 
my said wife the real estate aforesaid I give and devise to my sons Elzey 
Turner and Presley Turner and their heirs as follows.  My son Elzey Turner is 
to have the west half of said farm and in addition to said mentioned sum of 
land is to have the lot ___ to which his ____ ___ ____ 
--- for a building place and my son Presley Turner is to have the balance of 
said farm and my two sons Elsey Turner and Presley Turner is to pay to my 
daughter Eliza Davis the sun of five hundred dollars a peace (that is how it 
is spelt) for her share and my son Elzey Turner is to have the right of way 
from his premises down the south line to the public highway.

I do hereby revoke all former wills by me made.  In testimony here of I have 
here to set my hand and seal this 5th day of February AD 1877 signed and 
acknowledged by said Robert Turner as his last will and testament in our 
presence and signed by us in his presence.

E.P. Brooks and N. McClure witnessed the will.

Nathaniel McClure died before Robert E. Turner.  W. A. Race was called before 
the court on 28 May 1886 to be sworn and to testify that we was well 
acquainted with the hand writing of Nathaniel McClure and have often seen him 
write, that the signature 
N. McClure was subscribing witness to the last Will and Testament of Robert 
Turner, decease, is in the own proper hand writing and signature of the said 
Nathaniel McClure, who at the date of said Will was in full life and resided 
in Harrisonville, in said County.
